Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For fully assembled bikes, please allow an additional 2 days for our technicians to perform a safety inspection before dispatch.

Do Delta Cycle products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our frames carry a lifetime limited warranty. Components and accessories are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy for cycling apparel?

We offer a 30-day return window for all apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

While our bikes are shipped 85% assembled, we partner with local bike shops nationwide to provide professional assembly for a flat fee. You can select this option at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Affirm for qualifying purchases over $500.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
