At Delta Cycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any product doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original boxing and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
